The Secret of the Moon Garden

A2 Level – Long Story

🟦 Chapter 1 – The New House

Liam and his mother moved to a new town. Their house was old, but it had a big garden. In the garden, there were tall grasses, old stones, and a small gate. The gate was made of iron and had a moon symbol on it. Liam asked, “Mom, where does this gate go?” His mom said, “I don’t know. Maybe to an old garden.”

🟦 Chapter 2 – Night Adventure

That night, Liam couldn’t sleep. Moonlight came into his room. He heard a sound: tick… tick… tick… He looked outside. The moon gate was slightly open. Liam got dressed, took a flashlight, and went outside. He walked to the gate. It opened slowly.

🟦 Chapter 3 – The Moon Garden

Behind the gate was another garden. Everything was silver. Flowers glowed in the moonlight. A cat appeared. Its eyes were yellow. The cat said, “Welcome, Liam. This is the Moon Garden.” Liam was surprised. “You can talk?” The cat said, “Only in this garden. Only during moon time.”

🟦 Chapter 4 – The Secret Mission

The cat gave Liam a box. Inside the box was a map and a key. The cat said, “This map will take you to the Moon Tree. The Moon Tree grants one wish every hundred years.” Liam said, “I have a wish… I want to see my dad again.” The cat said, “Then you must go. But be careful.”

🟦 Chapter 5 – The Journey

Liam followed the map. He walked past moon stones, quiet lakes, and windy hills. He came to an old bridge. The bridge was shaky, but Liam was brave. He crossed it and saw the Moon Tree. The tree was big and bright. Its leaves looked like light.

🟦 Chapter 6 – The Wish

Liam put the key into a box under the tree. A light came out of the box. The tree spoke: “Say your wish, little traveler.” Liam said, “I want to see my dad one more time.” The tree said, “Your heart is full of love. Your wish is granted.”

🟦 Chapter 7 – Morning

Liam opened his eyes. He was in his room. He ran to the garden. The moon gate was closed. But someone was there… His dad! He was smiling. Dad said, “Hello, Liam. I missed you so much.” Liam hugged him. His eyes were full of tears. That day, Liam’s heart was full of light.
